It's a grower, starting at 35ss with no master and progressing by earning money to increase your hiring pool. Skills and gear to randomly find and buy. Persistent injuries. Random events that have an effect on all games played in a round. Long term missions that will take several games to fulfill. Bonus soul stones used as a handicap and lots of catch up free cash for underdogs.
Sounds fun stuff if you can accept your progression can be quite random and chaotic.
