Looks like they come in boxes with two Masters from different factions and another model that presumably shares a keyword with both.

Pretty sure the masters stay the same faction and keywords. Just that Lady Yume who comes with them has both Nightmare and Oni keywords so can go with either master (if you match keyword you can take from any faction).

It's a cunning way of forcing you to pick up a new master in a new faction, to then be tempted to start getting a whole new set of models for them!

Annoyingly (cynically, probably all according to plan) those Guild versatile minions in the Other Side starter look really useful to me. The mage heals a model within 6 every time a friendly model within 6 discards a card. My models discard a lot of cards!

I've probably got other Malifaux magey figures I could reasonably proxy rather than get what will likely be a Ā£70 box.
