Have you decided if we are doing the ZM rules per the WD article for the 500 point games?

I think I’ll leave it up to the players. I ran a game for Gary and Mike at 400 points and we used the normal reaction rules, they are powerful at that level but they seemed to enjoy it.

As I see it there are 3 options for your 500 game:

1. Use ZM rules on a a ZM table.
2. Use the ZM reaction rules but on a “normal” scenic table.
3. Use the core rules.

I’m happy with all three and will play whatever my opponent wants to play.

I would recommend using the zone mortals force selection and reaction limits in smaller games. I think that should stop a lot of the nonsense which would otherwise be possible.

How fixed (if at all) are the lists going to be between games?

Not fixed at all, going with a pretty casual approach.

I’m hoping they do a crusade book at some point with 40k-esq crusade style rules in for a more structured campaign, this is just about getting stuff built and (hopefully) painted whilst playing games along the way.
