So, a new WHQ surprise announcement, releasing in all of two weeks. Let the moaning and grumbling commence.

Did a write up of this in tabletop gaming magazine, by their account it is actually meant to be rather good!

Depending on price I may have to buy if only for the figures.

Spider-goblins are ridiculous, but all the Tzeentch based figures are pretty impressive.

Looks good to me. Will be interested to see the rules before I purchase though, I've spent the last few years getting the necessary components and I now have a full set of the original WHQ.

At £95 it's going to have to be a really good game to get me to buy it. Don't really have any other use for the models it comes with.

Doing my usual post first game trawl for rules errors (not the easiest without the rule book but judging by questions others have asked on forums) I think we did pretty well.

Pinning should apparently be checked before each move rather than the start of the turn, but you still don't get 'stuck' mid move if you pass an enemy so I don't think that would have had any effect on us.

And being strict it looks like you should roll your hero dice at the start of your individual turn rather than all at once, and you should choose to go or wait before rolling. Makes things a bit less able to be pre-planned which can been seen as good or bad depending on your point of view.
