Gaming Afternoons

Any chance to play outside of club night

Gaming Afternoons

Postby Dave » Tue Jul 19, 2016 10:20 am

I fancy playing more games, I am quite flexible with work and so can finish at 12 on occasions.

Are other people interesting in getting together on the odd afternoon to play a boardgame or two? I am happy to host but am equally happy to travel.

Cheers,
Dave

Where do you live?

Most of the time I'd be unable due to family life. However this summer I may have opportunities for early escape as my eldest is having a few weeks with the grandparents during the school holiday. Next week and the week after basically.

I'm in Andover.

Was just a thought as I know several people do shift work and so would potentially be available, plus it would give Simon a chance to try all those Kickstartes he's bought that never make it to the club!

I'll speak to you tonight about a potential atfernoon in the coming weeks.

Cheers,
Dave

I can do any day other than Friday next week. Make it happen Dave! And drag other people in. The power is on your hands.

Also what do you want to play? Your house (I assume) so your pick.

I'll try!

I'll send some PMs with some words of encouragement!

I'm not fussed about which games and I don't actually have many games.....just bought game of thrones but we need 3 for that, my DZ starter turned up today, plus I have WHQ (silver tower and original).....

I'll keep you posted!

I can do most Monday's or Tuesday's, as long as the other half is working

Sorry Dave, I can't do afternoons in the week at all. Maybe the occasional evening or weekend day though.

Just about to start my weekends off, but definitely in when my days off are in the week.

So Monday or Tuesday with Sven to confirm (?)

That would at least make three of us.....

Anybody else free on those days feel free to come along.

Cheers,
Dave

When would you be kicking us out? If continuing through Monday evening is an option then maybe better Monday for the extra time. If not then Tuesday might be better to roll on in to club night.
