There's some 'only' twice the price they should be ones on Amazon, so I ordered a couple but have my doubts as to whether they are really in stock with the supplier. Also sent emails to a bunch of other shops with the listing but no stock counter, but no replies yet.

Juves now count as gang fighters for the purposes of determining the “at least half the gang must be gang fighters” rule.

So you could have a leader, 2 champions and 3 Juves as a starting gang and be fine?

Yes, though Goliath Juves are now significantly different stats being M4, S4 and T4. They're basically just Gangers restricted to close combat weapons. The new Forge Born Prospects are much closer to their old stats but have the crazy new weapons.

Also note how weapons are much more restricted for everyone but leaders and champions now.

Yeah, I prefer this approach.

I was asking as I’m playing around with list building and once you start genesmithing stuff the leaders and champions come in at quite a lot of creds, needed some cheap Juves to counter balance their costs.
