Just seen this posted in the Necromunda FB group (because 99.9% stuff there is about Newcromunda ), no idea if it's correct or not:

People have interpreted the Twitch stream in about 20 different ways, we’ll only know for sure upon release.

The contents pages are both visible on the preorders, so yeah, you will need both books for all the new rules.

Is anyone ordering? Can I jump in with a book and a pack of Necromunda sleeves if so?

The sleeves are only available direct and I pre-ordered from a third party to get the discount.

Good old Ebay. Job’s a good’un assuming this includes the tactics cards.

Just watched an unboxing and all the cards come in a single shrink wrapped deck so you should hopefully get them all.

That’s a good price too.
