1. Falling voluntarily counts as and against your movement allowance (clearly mentioned in the book, not sure how I missed it).
2. Yes, you can Mind Control a Construct, or anything else not Mind Locked, or that specifically says they can't be.

3. If a model has leap cast on him he can take no other actions this turn.

No. of Actions a model has are set at the start of their Activation, so if you started with 2 and were wounded after the 1st, you'd still get the 2nd, and if you started wounded and healed, you wouldn't get the 2nd.

You only get one action if wounded? I thought it was just half movement?

If a model is so encumbered with stuff and spells it can hardly move it can choose to 'Run for it' for 3" as long as 1" away from enemies.

Collecting Treasure (p.68 :oops: )

In amongst the vague recollections and misremberings, some of us (read: everyone bar Tom and Ben :lol: ) got it wrong in one way or another (even in practice games).

When you pick up a treasure it CAN cause two effects:
Slowed - everyone: causes movement to be halved (hence why the 'Run for It' rule was needed!)
Encumbered - if the model is carrying a shield, 2-h weapon, bow, crossbow or staff (so basically, anything other than daggers and hand weapons) it is encumbered and has -1 Fight (so in combat and against shooting)
