Sounds good to me.

Should have sunken venice to some sort of undercoated stage.

Would you rather we waited or are we okay to begin? We’re never going to get everyone every night but I can see the appeal of trying for that for the start.

Anyone know when Ray is back?

No worries on my part, but (as i asked on the other thread) I thought we were waiting for Ray?

After Gary and my game yesterday, we wondered if the following could be added?

1. As we're both having to leave for work 3 out of 4 weeks, make it possible to 'call' a game at x time (9:30 for me if I'm driving myself, a bit earlier for Gary and me if he's driving).
Could say that any treasure held is secured, either automatically or 50/50 roll?
Obviously if neither playey has to leave (rest of you, our weeks off) this rule doesn't have to be used.

2. We got to a situation where we both knew Gary was getting the remaining treasure (in 2 or 3 turns time), but as per the rules we should have continued playing as we both had models on the board. Add a rule that a player can 'concede' or 'rout' and the game stops there, as if all that warband had left?

Makes sense to me, if it means you can get out on time and not have to miss out on games entirely then it's a good idea.

Definitely agree to this one. Had this scenario in last game.

People may, or may not, find this useful. I've listed all the creatures in the bestiary, and the random encounter table, to cut down a little on the flicking forward and back in the book.
I've only included the ones from the main rule book, none of the supplements.

Also, Skeleton Archers aren't on the encounter list (as written). Anyone else think they could be a 50/50 decision when skeletons (not armoured) are rolled? Not many ranged monsters around.

Depends on you aa you always seem to get them.
Isn't them hitting you over the head enough?

3 games vs Gary, 22 turns total.

I won 4 (FOUR!) rolls for initiative...

Re: ending game early discussion. How about this:

Running away

At the start of any turn a player may declare he is running away. One final round of combat is immediately fought between any engaged figures, though the running away player's figures can deal no damage if they win. After that the game immediately ends. Any treasure on the board carried by the running away player’s figures counts as unclaimed at game end so his opponent can roll to claim it as usual. Treasure already secured off the board is safe.

I can take or leave the final round of combat bit depending on what most people think.
