Brad did it first! Nothing has changed with crossbow rules, though they are now taking up your 'specialist' soldier slots.
And the +3 shoot Marksman has been reduced to +2 shoot like the basic Archer and Crossbowman.

Now archer, crossbow and marksmen are fighting for the same spots its difficult not to take the Norman Warmachine.

I haven't looked that far ahead yet. Just went by the load outs on the cheaper guys on each table... 
Does equipment have cost to put it on the wizard and apprentice?

Expect to be staying with Summoner, my previous warband would have met the specialist constraints but is now 35points over!
Read through the spells too. Lots of the go to 8's are now 10's and a few have become cheaper (looking at you curse), also the new ones seem to be more user friendly than their previous. Overall I like what he's done. (Though had GW done the same I would have to moan as that's what we do)

Enchanter, Apprentice, Archer, Xbow, Treasure Hunter, Infantryman, Thief x2, Thug x2 (though may be dropping a Thug depending on when I can bump a soldier for a construct).

Just a note (as I'd missed it first time round) ALL LoS is limited to 24" (unless specified differently), spells and missile weapons (a change from 1e).
