I like it. Very interesting effect you have got going, almost like old moss covered statues have come to life.

I was going for dirty reanimated corpses, so I was in roughly the right ball park.

Another I missed, when shooting you now have to be able to see from the head of the shooter to the head or torso of the target.

And a couple of other small changes:

One I knew, you level before rolling treasure, so no learning new spells after game 1 (you can still 'bank' unused XP).

One I missed, unless the scenario specifies otherwise, you can leave the board by any edge, including the opponent's.

Oh, and rule of thumb is: if a spell gives you a permanent warband member then you can bump someone for it before a game (animate construct, summon demon etc), you dont need to leave a space.
And any "summonded" permanent member cannot be lost by dispel magic.

Wall spell is 'zero' thickness, so no running across the top (you can still climb it).

Falling ignores armour (ouch!)

Optional rules: Yes or no?

Critical hits (p. 55): now they've been toned down, i think yes.

Wounded (p.60): used them before, so voting yes.

Black Market contacts (p.104): given that i always disliked the "buy what you like" rules, I'm going yes for this too.

Balancing scenarios (p.174): hopefully we won't need this, but 'yes' if we do.

Random encounters (p.176): once everyone is happy with the rules, a definite yes for the campaign.

Another one: shooting while under the invisibility spell cancels the invisibility, so no invisible archers running around. ;)
