Just double-checked (guess I should have done that earlier ) and there's no way to award half SPPs and still track Comp, TDs etc in friendlies, so what we'll have to do is the coach makes a note of any SPP a player gains during a friendly game and I'll add the via the admin tools.


As a side note, friendlies do not have to be against other league teams, they can be against any team in the team database. Al, if you want to play someone local to you (I'll trust you to be honest) that can happen, I'll just count it as a game vs the Spare coach. Nor do they have to be against a league coach, so if someone wanted to play a game vs Gary or Tom (for example) that can happen to.

As Russ has arranged another game for the 18th (and hasn't added his team yet ), and to fit around Al's 3-week availablilty better (seems a bit daft to leave his available dates to the end of the game week) I'm postponing the start of the league for a week, so the 25th will be the start of round 1 (which is my last week off work).
