How to continue?

How to continue?

Postby Darkson (Simon) » Wed Sep 16, 2015 5:02 pm

With Pass and Ray dropping out, I'm going to need to redo the rounds again, and each time it gets more difficult due to games already played, so genuine question.

Do you want me to make another set of rounds 4-7, fudging it where I have to, or would you prefer to arrange games yourself (still only playing a person once in the league but as many friendlies as you want)?

There's no poll option, so please have your say on this thread.

I just want to play Bloodbowl - on Tuesday nights when I have a leave-pass from my wife.

Come on people - stop dropping out, and get practicing for the ARBBL Open on 5 Mar 16! If you don't want to lose, then just plan a game against me! I'm currently ZERO wins, one draw, and two losses - those are good odds for my opponent in anybody's books!

I would prefer to have a draw for my next opponent, then have a time period to play the game (like we're doing now). I think it works really well.

The other option might be to amalgamate with the CakeBowl in Swindon (which isn't too far away). Maybe suggest something to Glowworm that we have our seperate leagues as pools, then play a knockout playoff between the two divisions???

I prefer a bit of a schedule to things at it motivates me to get the games in, but I'm happy with whatever.

Don't need to restart as such, would just need to fudge the rounds if stick with a schedule.

Though I suppose with 8 players now, a restart is possible, with new teams or carrying the current ones forward. Ok, that's option c.

a) I re-schedule rounds 4-7 (fudging as necessary)
b) Allow players to play who they like when they like (still only an opponent once for the league, others as friendlies)
c) Restart (season 2) - coaches can keep their current teams or start afresh.

Quick straw poll please.

Does that mean you want to drop out as well?
