Don't worry too much about it if it isn't easy. Though if someone could bring the books in to club next week I'd appreciate the chance for a flick through.

Just updated the roster post (viewtopic.php?f=51&t=86) and the last update added all the Season 4 teams, so there's 16 teams on there (I'm not sure if the Martians are on there or not). The last two seasons (S5 and S6) haven't hd their books shipped yet, just the pdfs to backers.
I'll try to remember to bring the books in - might be a good idea to send me a PM or email on Tuesday to remind me.

I can do a pdf of all the teams very easily. There are four more teams yet to show up on the website, although some of us already have models for them. I've been working on redoing the iPad app most of us used last time to include all the new teams and fix all the known issues. If you have an iPad then bring it and a cable and I can get that on there for you.

6 of the 8 missing teams. I haven't included the Mechanites or Plague as they need a load of extra rules from the rulebook to build the team.

I'd quite fancied the look of the Mechanite figures. Are they a bit complex then?

Mix and match parts, lots of options.

They have no set base team. You have to assemble your own by buying parts and combining them into players. Probably a fun option for people who know the rules really well.

Ah, not a good beginner team in the slightest then. Back to the drawing board.

I would say beginners should probably avoid:
Forge Fathers (this is like playing the game on expert mode)
Robots (players switch positions during the game)
Mechanites (players assembled from parts)
Mutants (players assembled from parts)

The rest are, as far as I know, not hopelessly underpowered or too confusing (although there are teams I've not seen played so I can't be sure).

Zees should only be used if you're happy not to be competitive. They can win games, but they'll find it a lot harder than normal teams.
