Nice. Is charging stub cannon guy a repaint, could have sworn he was painted before?
So what skill on the leader? On a smaller crew the leadership one might be useful or are you relying on your cool post bottle check to see you through?

The stubcannon guys were both in the old crew but unpainted.
Boring but has to be Nerves of Steel. Got to reduce the risk of him being pinned.

Nicely done. I particularly like the green skin, is it a contrast paint? It looks like “proper” paint to me.
