Bubba bowl has a little quirk this year with a bring a mini me model. I've gone with the following,

Currently the Team's Lawyers are successfully keeping it from the banned weapons list due to "every Treeman player has one". This grants the player the TACKLE skill.
Delegation-Due to having lots of places to hide and colleagues who have no idea of his role he is able to successfully avoid any jobs sent his way. This grants the player the DODGE skill.
