I'll second that. Contrast paints? The pearl effect in the blues and greens looks really interesting.

Thanks guys.

Dave for AoS.

Simon, a mixture, white undercoat then all over hexwraith flame, top two thirds nighthaunt gloom, drybrush celestra grey, drybrush white, then cloaks have two coats of drakenhof nightshade. Bones on the ghosts are done in a very pale bone colour and the arms a very pale rotten flesh. The skirts of the banshees were then glazed blue and their shrouds had a much heavier drybrushing. Their armour/corset are contrast shysh purple, so are the flowers.

The bodies are dead quick to paint, it's the details like the rust that take time!

Next lot of ghosts. Just 10 more normal ghosties then I've done what I brought so far!
Not sure whether to buy more or try some nids...

The nids march on. Genestealers and a broodlord, three fully magnetized warriors, magnetized carnifex and magnetized hive tyrant. Got a trygon prime ready for undercoat and paint an a work in progress lictor conversion based on the broodlord model. Another 8 genestealers to go and looking for a box each of termagants and hormagaunts then I should have somewhere around 75 power.
