Instead of organising a calendar how about just post a date time in the month and a vote for the game to play?
If want one person could post the month they will host and a selection of games to play.

Dave ran a few Tuesday gaming days but pretty much a no go due to getting same time off.
Tuesday 5.30 onwards is the best period so far.
