What's on?

Quest it is.

Looks like there will just be the 3 of us.

I’ll bring the rules for the standard party (Barbarian, Dwarf, Elf, Wizard) but let me know if you have a different character preference so I can bring the rules for them.

I'm assuming your fancy WHQ model collection includes the 4 base heroes?

Bagsy standard Dwarf.

I forget, are there rules for less than 4 players or will we have to pass around control of the 4th character?

I should have all the models needed.

There aren’t official rules for 3 players that I can recall, we usually just pro rata the monsters based on number of players, that becomes difficult when you get a single Minotaur though (although I guess you could have a “wounded” Minotaur show up instead).

I think just playing the 4th party member as a shared character would be quicker but open to the challenge of only using 3!

Indeed. Have you played it before? Any preference on character?

I've played WHQ Silver Tower, but not the original. No preference on character

It's significantly simpler (and more brutal).

If it lives up to our normal club games of Quest you've got a 50/50 chance of not even getting out of the first room. ;)

And if by some miracle you make it to the end at least one of your characters will immediately accidentally get married never to adventure again.
