Do we have enough stunties as Al has my halflings? I've got Ogres and goblins. My lizard and Underworld do not have enough little guys. I'll just put them all in a box.

I'll bring my Malifaux. I can be at the club for 18:30 so we could be done by 9 and that gives us 1-1.5 hours to learn the rules for dark souls....

I'm concious that Simon has actually made the effort to bring it so we should probably try and play it as he might not bring it again!
